Geusthouse

Accommodation part of the pension is situated on the first floor. There are five rooms with the 16 beds /with additional beds the capacity can be increased up to 21 beds/. All rooms are efficiently equipped with modern furniture, load carpets and electric heating. All rooms have a bathroom with toilet, Satellite TV and radio. Apartment have a kitchenette with a fridge. There is also included in the price social room with satellite TV , DVD player and a radio. In the garden part there is outside sitting with a fireplace grill and children playground. Our pension also offers tennis court /may be also used for volleyball, legball a football/ and a sauna with fitness.

Room No.1 - 2 beds + 1 přistlka / on request, it is possible to separate the bed bedside table /, a separate bathroom with toilet and shower, hallway at the entrance door separating the room from the bathroom and the hallway house.

Room No.2 - 4 beds + 1 extra bed, spacious room, a separate bathroom with toilet and shower, hallway at the entrance door separating the room from the bathroom and the hallway house.

 

Room No.3 - 2 separate beds / can not connect /, separate bathroom with toilet and shower, corridor of the entrance door of the staircase odělující room house.

Room No.4 - 2 beds + 2 raised beds + 1 extra bed, a separate bathroom with toilet and bath, the corridor entrance doors separating rooms from go pension.

• One person in a room /weekends and holidays/ extra charge 50% from price.

In the months of July and August, we only offer weekly stays / from Saturday to Saturday /.

Kelendar of free terms

The advent of accommodation is from 12:00 to 18:00 pm, end of stay to 10:00 pm
Breakfast served from 9:00 am / can be arranged before /, dinner from 18:00 to 19:00 pm

Payment conditions :
For stays in the summer season choose an advance payment of half of the amount for the stay to our account. Date of payment of advances within 14 days of ordering, or according to the agreement. Following the adoption of a customer send an advance booking confirmation. The supplementary payment is due on the commencement day /cach payment - CZK, EUR/. Paytment cards are not accepted !

Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation of 31 and stay more days before the arrival of the advance back in full amount.
- Cancellation of stay 16-30 days before arrival will be refunded 50% of the advances paid.
- Cancellation of the stay 15 and less days before the arrival of the advance is non-refundable.
Cancellation conditions apply as well in reducing stay. Client may leave the accommodation in agreement with us, his alternate. In the event that the stay will have to be canceled, and customer accommodation room occupy the other guests, the advance is repaid in the total amount back.
